Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Activate Jack Mode
In the MMI Menu → Car → Systems → Service & Check → Air Suspension: Wheel Change.
This prevents the air suspension from reacting while the vehicle is lifted.
2. Lift the Vehicle
Safely lift the vehicle using a jack or lift.
3. Locate the Original Pressure-Holding Valve
At the top front of the shock absorber is the original pressure-holding valve with the attached air line.

4. Disconnect the Air Line
Carefully unscrew the air line from the valve using a 10 mm wrench.
5. Remove the Original Valve
Use pliers to unscrew and remove the original pressure-holding valve.
⚠️ Caution: Removing the valve will release pressure from the air spring – keep a safe distance and proceed carefully.

6. Install the ZeroValve
- Apply thread sealant to the external thread of the ZeroValve.
- Screw the ZeroValve into the thread using a 12 mm wrench.
7. Reattach the Air Line
- Apply thread sealant to the external thread of the original air line.
- Screw the air line into the ZeroValve and tighten with a 10 mm wrench.

8. Lower the Vehicle & Allow Sealant to Cure
- Safely lower the vehicle back to the ground.
- Wait 30 minutes to allow the sealant to fully cure.
9. Deactivate Jack Mode
In the MMI, deactivate jack mode. The suspension is now ready for use.
